Within the course of several weeks, your body adjusts to the health promoting habits, and with more time, further progress is made.
Six consecutive weeks is an amazing starting point enabling you to become set into a rhythm. Studies have shown by giving ourselves 3-6 months for these habits to solidify into our daily routine we can better stay on target to maintaining our health goals. After all, we know red blood cells take 3-4 months to repopulate – give your body time to do the amazing work it was made to do!

*Note: 6 consecutive weeks are key to providing you with great success. However, if there is a week that absolutely does not allow us to meet virtually, you are able to engage in this 6-week program. All 6 consultations must be completed within 8 weeks from your initial nutrition consultation.
