Ultimate 6-Week Hormone Balance Program
Wednesdays, October 2nd – November 6th, 2024
“Since making the changes I’ve made as a result of the program, I am experiencing fewer food cravings, feeling fuller longer, and a 7 lb weight loss over 6 weeks.”
“Stacy, your passion for and expertise in wellness education made every session compelling and interesting to be a part of. You packed a lot of content into each week (which was just what I was hoping for), so I also appreciated the opportunity to review the recordings and print the action plans and other resources to study in more depth on my own time. The 1:1 appointment was a wonderful compliment to the group sessions. Having your guidance to personalize the material for my own goals and needs was a highlight of the program. Personally, I found your teaching style to be direct in sharing the information and advice while also warm and supportive. You made us all feel comfortable to ask questions and share experiences without feeling judged based on where were are in the process.”
“I am grateful to have been a part of this course and to have learned so much from you and the other participants in the class. This was just the right format for me: small group, flexible around work demands, and packed full of content that has truly changed my life and approach to wellness, while delivering a great deal of value for the cost of the course. I am cruising into the holidays with a real plan and new habits that are serving me well and helping me meet my wellness goals. Thank you for an excellent learning experience!”
“Stacy, this course has been life changing—I’m grateful for your expertise.”
